Some unsolicited advice governor: Not the best idea to attack a powerful judge who doesn't have to run for re-election. That same judge will now be very happy to rule against you ANY chance he gets. Best to take a step back and understand the law. If you are admitting you need a Constitutional Amendment, then you're implicitly admitting that this judge was RIGHT and INDEED your law WAS unconstitutional. Right? He's not an extremist. By your own implicit admission, he was simply following the Constitution. So, to you, is following the US Constitution, when it happens not to align with your own extremist views, itself extremist?
