Within 20 minutes today I reached out to 50 TikTok Shop creators with Grokbot. Fully automated, all in my tone of voice. Replies so far are great.

Reaching out to these TTS creators is actually so much easier. They know how to sell, they're familiar with the commission model, and they seem more hands-on.

Two creators already onboarded. Next step is a call with each to qualify them for the brand and get them into the brand vision.

Most brands still hire creators who have never sold anything in their niche.

Today we onboarded a TikTok Shop creator who already does $100K GMV a month to make content for our brand. She already knows how to make content that sells in our niche. Huge win. Excited to see how this turns out.

I honestly don't know why brand owners still pay UGC creators upfront or per piece of content without knowing if they convert for your brand.

I highly recommend you start building your creator army. you can start small. reach out to 3-5 micro creators. get them connected to your brand, push their videos via meta, and pay them 10% of the revenue their videos generate.

what's crucial is you stay close with them. show them what's working, don't just tell them. Give realistic expectations and show the long-term upside when they continue to work with (become a real part of the team)

The ones who don't continue making videos fall off natural, the ones who do stay, get better, earn more and scale with you.
