I had to get this off my chest. Why did Starfield bounce off an audience raised on Star Wars? Because Bethesda built an immersive science fiction museum for a crowd that just wanted space wizards and fantasy heroics. #Starfield#ScienceFiction

I always have too much fun with @EugenSystems WARNO. ๐ I love writing little faux-history articles to go with the screenshots. Here is another photo of a ZSU at work.
"[Image] The ZSU-23-4M2 was extremely effective in repelling NATO CAS by providing an 'umbrella' of protection for mechanized columns, turning a potential death trap, like a bridge crossing, into a successful, high-speed transit." - Denying the Sky: Soviet AA at War (1991) #WARNO
@BethesdaStudios@StarfieldGame Starfield has displaced every other space game for me. It is extremely addictive. The gunplay is superb, ship interiors are executed perfectly, and Free Lanes made intra-system travel an immersive joy. Keep the content coming!
@birkelu@JasonYo86060263@BethesdaStudios@StarfieldGame I have found that the people who most dislike Starfield are the ones who don't appreciate that it is not a fantasy game but a grounded sci-fi-themed space game. That is why exploration works differently. Good observation.
"You don't run towards that kind of enemy firepower because you believe the political lectures; you run because if you stop, you let down your comrades, and then they die, and next you." - Private Sergei Volkov, Recollections from the Central Front, 1989. #WARNO
The next update to @StarfieldGame is planned to release next week on June 11 โ this update will contain multiple stability fixes, including a freeze that could occur while traversing a planet. Additionally, several issues related to Major Incursions, Terran black boxes, and Incursion icons have been addressed. Stay tuned for the full update notes when it goes live.
"The mobility of the Mi-8 allowed Soviet commanders to shift the axis of attack fluidly, away from static command posts susceptible to NATO strikes. Figure 4: an Mi-8 using a forward hide position near the Fulda Gap." - Deep Battle: Agile C2 on the Central Front (1990) #WARNO

The White House used a pro-Israel think tank's list of Iranian attacks โ almost word for word โ to justify going to war with Iran.
The list was written by an ex-AIPAC staffer at FDD, a group funded by the same pro-Israel billionaires who bankroll campaigns against pro-peace candidates.
Eight months later it became official U.S. government policy.

@83thegame Are there plans to add bots to matches? If there were bots to fill out a multi-player session in the event of not having enough players, I would jump on this sale.
Today weโre happy to announce weโre offering โ83 at a significant 50% discount. If you or your friends has been on the fence about getting into โ83, there has never been a better time to jump in.
See you on the battlefields of โ83!

PSA: #Starfield
I haven't done the PSA in awhile, but it's time.
Be sure to run "Starfield" or "#Starfield" (for a more compact view without the fluff) through the search every now and then.
I'm experiencing it, and have seen several people post about it, the algo is doing weird things. This last week I missed dozen of posts that should have showed up in my For You feed. (And was instead flooded with car repair vids, Star Citizen, which I've never show any interest in, and mid-funny relationship vids... I have no idea.) I probably need to stop walking away from the computer with X open... ahem...
So search Starfield and enjoy the views!
