DA Member of the Ad Hoc Committee, Hon. Adv. Glynnis Breytenbach, agrees that the decisions taken by the Committee were collective decisions and that no individual member made decisions on behalf of the Committee.

Xola “Julius Malema” Nqola reiterating reasons why Feroz Khan was not called in the Ad Hoc Committee, which is because General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi exonerated him. Thus dispelling the drunk testimony made by Shongwe at the Madlanga Commission.

“I could not find a single wrongdoing by General Khan. In fact, I stated in my own words that the SAPS owes General Khan for what he did, because he stopped police officers who had come to collect drugs under the authority of the then head of traffic routing.”
Gen Mkhwanazi’s testimony at the Madlanga Commission regarding General Khan.
It is for this reason that The Ad Hoc Committee had no substantive basis to call him for questioning.
Suggestions that he was ‘protected’ by the CIC @Julius_S_Malema are therefore based on a fallacy and are not supported by the evidence on record.

EFF Deputy Secretary-General and Member of the Ad Hoc Committee, Hon. @LeighMathy, calls out misleading claims made by an MK Party member of the Committee, who told Justice Madlanga that a single Committee member, EFF President Julius Malema, influenced the decision of the other 10 members, resulting in Mr Khan not appearing before the Committee.
Hon. Mathys called for the matter to be clarified by the Committee, stressing that the decision was that of the Committee collectively and that misrepresenting it brings the Committee into disrepute.

Do you remember this funeral?
Gavin Watson reportedly had a fatal car accident in a Toyota Corolla one day before he had to appear before a SAR tax inquiry.
The mood was not the usual funeral mood.
I don't think the @Our_DA realises what damage John Steenhuisen just did to their voter base with his @News24 Interview.
First, let's define the term "AfriMaga", considering John, with the help of Ryan Coetzee, coined the term.
In John's own words, "Afrimaga" are people who support the following organisations and who are conservative:
- Afriforum (300,000 members)
- Solidariteit (200,000 members)
- Sakeliga (Represents 12,000 businesses)
- SAAI (6000+ members)
So, according to John, if you support any of the above-mentioned organisations OR are conservative (right-wing), then John believes you don't share the DA's values and principles, as you are "AfriMaga" supporters.
He even goes further to say that some of you are "racists" and are the people who voted "NO" in the referendum.
I can say comfortably that John just directly insulted more than two million people who have in the past voted for the DA and would have potentially voted for them again.
He also says all of the above as the DA welcomes Cllrs from the ANC/EFF/MK into their party and deploys them as councillors. So communists and socialists are welcome in the DA, but not conservative people who support organisations like Afriforum and Solidariteit.
Don't believe me that this is what he said? Watch the video, and if you think I snipped this out of context, you can find it at the 34 minute mark of the original News24 video.
While you all are talking, also mention how packed the Union Buildings were. CIC fed over 25k people yesterday. The planning and management of that rally was phenomenal! The toilets were kept clean and refreshed after each person. The sound system world class. Every single aspect of that event was treated with care. Thank you to the leadership for taking good care of all of us. Thousands of people went home with food and eat at the event.
Comrade Athol Trollip agreeing with the EFF.
All whites in SA are supposed to be as eloquent and articulate like him in our languages, not just a handful of them.
