I was b/p-ing like crazy when I hit the 10ths in matter of bmi, HOWEVER it caused me to get mini STROKES after less than 2 months of doing that shit. I lived by coincidentally already being at the ER for something unrelated to the ed when it happened. Please do not do that

Therapist insisted on putting me on a higher dose of the adhd meds, though I already struggle to maintain my weight on the current prescription and I don't really know how to feel about it. On one hand, this is gonna make me relapse, on the other I'm about to get so skinny

I went to the doctor about my daily nauseas, she already sees me every two weeks to check my weight so she knows me quite well and is aware of my struggles.
Still, she thought it would be great advice to tell me to eat less and see if it goes away wtf

@adelicatething 28kg, but that also caused me to go through a transient ischemic attack (short stroke), which almost put me into a coma from which I would have never woken up at best.
Even though I have gained 15kg since then, I still live with the consequences of this
