Brother won a @MSCblog1 voucher 6 months ago. Sister-in-law went to use it, after having a baby, & realised at till it was 2 weeks OOD. She was treated poorly & told it wasn’t valid. I understand vouchers have expiry date, but no grace period & poor attitude means loss of custom.
