@ChelseaHouska Brewers yeast works like actual magic! Just add it too a smoothie, really weird taste but amazing effects! Only need about a table spoon daily xx

@ChelseaHouska Warm bath with some nice oils, try and massage your boobs with a warm towel and ease the pressure and create some movement, only thing that used to help me! So bloody painful, definitely worse than the birth!
