Just casually learning about tetherspouts today. My first impression is that is seems like a fair bit of faff. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong and tell me that the payoff is totally worth the extra effort.

@Girly_Juice Also grounding. Either naming things you can see in your immediate vicinity or doing physical things like stamping your feet, brushing yourself down with your hands, making a noise so you feel/hear your presence. Hope some of these help.

@Girly_Juice Then when you feel your anxiety rising, imagine those people forming a circle around you. You can either 'hear' them saying things, or just be in their presence. Couple that with some deep breathing and hopefully it'll bring you down.

I just did a Google search for 'blog writer' and fuck me drunk. The whole first page of organic and paid results were for AI blog writing bots. Made me feel a little sad tbh. All used to be actual copywriters that showed up.
