@drkellyallen I remind myself that my perspective matters as part of the "next generation" coming into academia. If I don't fit into the norm right now, that might not always be the case. If someone wants to make me feel unwelcome, that's their issue, not mine!

It's that time of the school year when I feel like I've never had more to think about. It's the time when I ask people, "Is this thought pattern relatable?" and I find out, once again, that it's only relatable if you have ADHD. The gift that keeps on giving!
