@flyspicejet The technical problem is understandable but the way it was handled was pathetic. No announcement onboard about what is happening. No AC, no coordination between ground and flight crew. @flyspicejet . It was total chaos so we chose cancellation over faulty airline service.

@RailMinIndia, Runicha express (running between Jaisalmer to Delhi) needs a serious upgrade. Most of the time it hosts foreign nationals. Current coaches are shabby and very old(functional though).
