A year ago today I lost my dad to bowel cancer. 21 years ago I lost my mum to the same cruel disease. In this time of reflection I thought it a good time to remind people of the symptoms and urge you to get checked out if you have any of these #bowelcancer
It's vital to know the symptoms of #bowelcancer.
If you have any of these, or if things just don't feel right, go to see your GP.

RIP Queen Elizabeth. A constant, reassuring and comforting presence in our lives. Trustworthy, hardworking and strong. Serving her country right up to the end. What an amazing lady. She will be missed!

Performance ready⚡️✌🏼 Thanks to all that came out to watch our shows on @pandocruises#Iona this week. We’ve loved every minute of performing. Video footage coming soon🙏🏼
This is so sad. Deborah James was far too young 😢 Please get checked out if you have any symptoms of this horrible disease. Having lost both of my parents to #bowelcancer I will certainly not be shy in speaking to my GP if I have any symptoms in the future #bowelcancerawareness
We’re deeply saddened that our patron, @bowelbabe, has died, and our hearts go out to her family and everyone who knew and loved her. Deborah’s star shone bright; she was a true inspiration to so many.
@bowelbabe I am so sad to read this. You have done an amazing job with raising awareness of the disease. My heart goes out to you and I am thinking of you at this terribly sad time in your life 💔 😢 Your legacy will live on xxxxx
Introducing loo roll that could save lives 💜
As a result of Dame Deborah James' campaigns, we’ve teamed up with @bowelcanceruk and from autumn we’ll be adding a list of symptoms to our packs of toilet paper to help spread awareness of what to look out for #getonaroll
