Hi @Hermesparcels could you check on my delivery please. You’ve advised my retailer you’ve delivered the parcel, however I’ve had no updates from you since the 1st April and no confirm, and obviously no delivery....

@Hermesparcels What about if I’ve contacted my retailer and they told me, you’ve told them that you have delivered my parcel, when you haven’t, so they can no longer be of assistance. Haven’t heard from you since April 1st..... 👏 👏
