11 – It helps to regulates glucose, insulin metabolism, cholesterol levels and reduces liver fat in steatose.

⚖️ Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga and Commissioner Khumalo challenged outgoing IDAC head Advocate Andrea Johnson over her evidence regarding the Political Killings Task Team (PKTT). Justice Madlanga said he found it difficult to believe Johnson's claim that the reference to the PKTT in the summons did not raise alarm bells, while Commissioner Khumalo later questioned whether she still stood by her earlier statement that IDAC had not dealt with matters outside its legal mandate. Johnson responded that she could no longer stand by that aspect of her evidence.
