SB cause he crafted a solo dominance and a unique, instantly recognisable sound. Made timeless bangers and was consistent for over 20 years.
Styles as he was an absolute pioneer through Force, Breeze and Solo. Taking it to new levels (like it or not) with each of these phases, rewrote the script on defining the genre.

Hixxy as again like it or not he kick-started HTID, Raverbabt and Bonkers..arguably some of the most important things in Hardcore History, a lot happened because of him that was paramount to the scene

Storm cause imho, he is untouched at what an MC should be. Crowd engagement, connecting the ravers to the DJ, unrelenting energy and a true HARDCORE MC.

All four have been there the whole time pretty much. Hardcore needed these in order to be what it is and was 💜🔥
