All my WR Trainers/Coaches How yall feel about the no arm swing at the break point?
I’m indifferent about it as long as ur not stopping ur arms early before the break, ur not straighten them out and if ur accelerating ur arms once u break is finished. It’s all good with me!
I am a believer in if ur arms stop ur feet slow down which is what we need on tight breaking routes

This week we talked a lot about the benefit of properly using our arms and upper body to assist how smooth and crisp our routes/angles are.
Focusing on our inside arm (Force Arm) ,and driving that to the direction we want to go.
Also keeping our outside arm (Balance arm) active
Working a dive release from the slot into a 10 yard out!
Brick by brick getting better every session! 🔥

The class of 2027 looking strong for the Grizz this weekend! Still a ton of progress to be made, but these freshman guys are out working this spring!! This isn’t even all of them! 👀
Still a lot to tighten up! Consistency is key! 🔐
The two top questions I get from recruits, coaches, and parents are…
“How do I get on OSU’s radar?”
“What do I need to get an offer from OSU?”
Best Answer: BALL OUT at our camp!
