@megabusuk Thanks Aaron. Do the Lost Property Team work where the lost property is put??

[Rowan Cox @RowanCox3]

@megabusuk my elderly 85 year old parents left a suitcase on the service between Bristol Airport & Plymouth on Friday the 2nd May. Where is your lost property storage so they can go and collect it? It has their important medical records inside it. Thanks

[Rowan Cox @RowanCox3]

@megabusuk Thanks Matthew my parents have done the online form and have emailed that but nothing has been received. It will be 2 weeks now and they need their medical records urgently. What is the address of where lost property is stored so they can go there.
