@sophielouisecc issue here is training and education. Employers want too many ticks on their checklist. They need to find the right person first then train the job role. There is non such thing as a perfect match. Algorithms can't fill a job with a keyword search.

@johnredwood Unblocking the drains from leaves and litter debris would help! Clearing roadside gutters of weeds and fixing
Ppt holes and ensuring road run off would also stop all this.
