🇺🇸 Elon just locked in a deal to buy Cursor for $60 billion.
SpaceX has the option to acquire Anysphere, Cursor's parent company, before the end of the year.
If they walk away, SpaceX still pays $10 billion "for their work together," basically one of the largest termination fees in history. Which tells you they have no intention of backing out.
Cursor does $2 billion in annualized revenue and its users are mostly elite software engineers, exactly the kind of customer base Elon wants heading into SpaceX's summer IPO.
The combined group is expected to hit $1.75 trillion at listing, the largest flotation ever.
@elonmusk now has space, satellites, AI, social media, and the world's most popular coding tool under one roof.
What he's cooking up will be wild.

The "i" in Utopai? It's not random.
U-T-O-P-A-I
That "i" stands for YOU. The individual. The innovator. The one who makes the story real.
Because the future isn't built by everyone. It's built by every "i" ✨
DEAR PAKISTAN, THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU'VE DONE
As you know, I'm very critical of some of your domestic policies, but I applaud you for ending one of our generation's most dangerous wars
🇵🇰 Why is Pakistan the main broker in US-Iran negotiations tonight?
Simply:
- It has workable ties with both Washington and Tehran (unlike most Gulf states right now)
- It shares a direct border with Iran, giving it unique access and skin in the game
- Its powerful army chief (Asim Munir) has been burning the phones overnight with JD Vance, US envoys, and Iranian officials
- Pakistan proposed the current two-phase ceasefire framework (“Islamabad Accord”)
In a region where almost everyone is either at war or under fire, Pakistan is one of the few countries that can still talk to everybody.
It has leveraged that rare position to step into the mediator role, protecting its own economy and security while boosting its global relevance.
Islamabad just put itself back on the big diplomatic map.
🚨🇮🇷🇨🇳🇵🇰 BREAKING: Iran officially accepted the ceasefire.
Approved personally by Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei.
The detail that matters most: China made a last-minute intervention asking Iran to "show flexibility."
Beijing picked up the phone when it counted.
Three Iranian officials cited growing concerns about economic devastation and infrastructure damage as the driving factor.
Pakistan brokered it. China sealed it.
Insane developments.

British humor is famously sharp and sophisticated, but Pakistanis take it to another level by finding wit and laughter even in the most serious of situations 😄
Taliban Allows Local Reporters at Strike Site
After waiting overnight, our team was finally allowed to enter the strike site. Upon inspection, we found no traces of blood or significant structural damage. Neither ZAWIA News, Afghan Times, nor other media outlets currently have reported any visible casualties.
Although the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan authorities claimed the strike targeted a rehabilitation center in central Kabul, our team observed no evidence to support this. Only minor structural damage and fire-related effects were visible.
Some people were present at the site, and we tried to speak with them. A few agreed to interviews, They told us that the blast occurred a little further away and not at this location, confirming that we are safe.
Local sources also confirmed that the impact was limited to the immediate area affected by flames. The site otherwise appeared intact, and no injured individuals were present during our visit.
Some sources added that the fire near the rehabilitation center was minor and may have been caused by a nearby Taliban military camp struck by Pakistan. The attack reportedly involved an explosion, with flames from ammunition observed at the site.
