1. Passed a redistricting amendment to disenfranchise 45% of the state - that was found unconstitutional by the Virginia Supreme Court.

2. Passed a “assault weapons ban” that has been enjoined by two Circuit Courts finding there is a likelihood of success that the laws will ultimately be determined unconstitutional.

3. Passed an affordability bill raising legislation salaries 194%

4. Increased every Virginians powers bill by rejoining RGGI

5. Were handed a budget with billions in surplus and have passed a budget spending most of it while raising taxes and fees on Virginia business.

And as an extra bonus- we learned your attorney general doesn’t know how to spell Senator or Virginia.

If this were a high school civics class- you would clearly have an F for the semester.

100 years ago, the three biggest states in America were New York, Pennsylvania, and Illinois.

This is the car of an entire family that was ki11ed after a bus driver drove into the back of a stopped car.

The driver, Jing S. Dong, 48, of Staten Island, New York, is a Chinese born naturalized citizen who doesn’t read or speak English.

He attained his commercial driver’s license 2 years ago in New York, which doesn’t require any English literacy to be licensed to drive.

Dong drove the large coach bus through a construction zone into the back of a stopped car driven by a 25 year old woman, who was ki11ed.

Her car was slammed into the car in front of her, which caught on fire, ki11ing a mother, father, 13 year old girl and 7 year old little boy.

A whole family bvrned alive.

Could the driver not read the construction warning signs?

It is unacceptable that American lives are being lost because of these leftist policies.

Update on the tragic bus crash in Virginia:

Five people are dead, including a 13-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy, after the driver of a motorcoach slammed into stopped traffic on I-95.

@FMCSA Administrator Derek Barrs and our investigators are on the ground at the crash site working with the @NTSB.  

Local police confirm the driver of this motorcoach — a man from China who became a U.S. citizen — doesn’t speak English. He received his commercial drivers license from New York State in 2024.

Unacceptable. This is exactly why we are holding states’ accountable, enforcing the rules of the road, and cracking down on drivers who can’t speak English.

If you can’t be properly trained, read our road signs, or communicate with law enforcement, you have no business driving a bus.

Our investigators are reviewing New York licensing records, training documentation, and the driver's history. Any company, trainer, or school that contributed to putting an unqualified driver on the road will face intense scrutiny.

Kyle Busch, two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, has died at 41.

Busch passed away after being hospitalized with a “severe illness” three days before he was to compete at the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. No cause of death was given.

The Busch family, Richard Childress Racing and NASCAR made the following joint statement: “On behalf of the Busch family, everyone at Richard Childress Racing and all of NASCAR, we are devastated to announce the sudden and tragic passing of Kyle Busch.

Our entire NASCAR family is heartbroken by the loss of Kyle Busch. A future Hall of Famer, Kyle was a rare talent, one who comes along once in a generation. He was fierce, he was passionate, he was immensely skilled and he cared deeply about the sport and fans. Throughout a career that spanned more than two decades, Kyle set records in national series wins, won championships at NASCAR’s highest level and fostered the next generation of drivers as an owner in the Truck Series. His sharp wit and competitive spirit sparked a deep emotional connection with race fans of every age, creating the proud and loyal ‘Rowdy Nation.’ Our thoughts are with Samantha, Brexton and Lennix, Kyle and Samantha’s parents, Kurt and all of Kyle’s family, Richard and Judy Childress, everyone at Richard Childress Racing, his teammates, friends and fans.
