4. Freedom of Movement: Unrestricted movement within Gaza is demanded, along with the unconditional return of all displaced individuals.

5. Humanitarian Aid Access: From the deal's first day, aid should be allowed into all areas of Gaza freely, without being divided into security zones.

5. Prisoner Exchange Process: After the first ceasefire week, a phased exchange of prisoners will start, with Hamas agreeing to it being in installments, provided there are international guarantees against Israeli breaches of the agreement.

7. Detainee Release Conditions: A categorical refusal to allow any released detainee to be expelled outside Palestinian territories, insisting on regional releases.

8. Release of Shalit Deal Detainees: Immediate release of all 57 detainees re-arrested post-Shalit deal, not as a part of this agreement.

9. Inclusion of Detainees from Israel and Jerusalem: Detainees from these areas are integral to the deal, with no Israeli vetoes permitted.

10. Preliminary Exchange List: Hamas will reveal names of the first group of Israeli captives 48 hours before the exchange, without predetermined lists for the number of captives and bodies due to the complexity of counting post-war.

11. Details of the First Exchange Batch:
a. 160 detainees with severe or long-term sentences, led by notable names such as Marwan Barghouti, Ahmed Sa'adat, among others, chosen without regard to faction or geography.
b. All female detainees, regardless of sentences, faction, or geography.
c. All patients, regardless of sentence, age, or identity, highlighted by Prisoner Walid Daqqa.
d. Elderly individuals, defined as sixty and above.
e. All children and minors under eighteen, without considering their sentence or identity.

The proposal emphasizes that without achieving a full Israeli military withdrawal from Gaza and ensuring unrestricted aid access, the subsequent phases, including discussions on the return of bodies, will not proceed.
