1. Don't let your lifestyle rise as fast as your income.
You start making ₦1m instead of ₦300k and suddenly you need a better apartment, better car, better phone and more expensive weekends.
Your income increased.
Your expenses shouldn't automatically follow.
Give yourself time to turn increased income into increased wealth.

Under NGX rules any insider who buys or sells shares in their company must disclose it publicly. That is exactly what this document is. A mandatory notification.
This is called an insider dealing disclosure. It is not a scandal. It is the law working as it should.
Now here is the educational part.
When insiders buy shares it usually signals confidence. They believe the stock is undervalued and the company is doing well.
When insiders sell it does not always mean doom. They could need personal liquidity. They could be diversifying. They could be taking profit after a long hold.
But when many insiders sell at the same time that is when you pay closer attention.
The NGX makes this public for a reason. Use it. 🇳🇬
Not financial advice. Do your own research.
It is an absolute shame that the Christian church in Nigeria has become a platform for thieves, criminals and heartless wicked politicians.
This message here is long long overdue.
I wish every Nigerian will see this video
