@Aetna @SteveNelson I switched from Medicare & AARP to Aetna Medicare Enhanced in Jan. Aetna insisted I schedule a wellness visit. It was canceled by Aetna 10 mins after it was supposed to begin. I rescheduled for today. Aetna canceled again. Is my time less valuable than yours?

@ndnyc19 @SilverSneakers My Aetna Medicare Enhanced PPO includes Silver Sneakers BUT the closest gym is 15 miles away. That’s an unrealistic commute. I prefer in person. This is NOT an acceptable option especially since my community has both a local Y and other gyms.
