@LNRailway Thankfully got on a train back toward new street. I dont really want my wife and daughter (as two females, one a child) having to go into central Birmingham to change trains to Lichfield. Can they disembark at Birm International for so I can pick them up?
@LNRailway My wife and daughter are in London trying to get back to Lichfield Trent valley. It looks like your trains are cancelled on this route. What do they do? Can they use their 2x Off-Peak Family Travelcard on a different route or provider?

@ThreeUKSupport Just to be clear, I was not calling for you globally banning it on your platform. I was asking you put the choice into the hands of your customers, so they can opt in or out. You already offer this choice for calling premium numbers - I am asking for the same approach as that.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for getting back to me, but thats a really poor situation. It leaves your customers (like me) open to being victims of fraud (as in this case). I cant understand why @O2, @EE and @VodafoneUK can do it, but @ThreeUKSupport cant. How am I going to stop it happening again?
@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. How do I get a refund for this, it is fraud? Also, I want to disable all paid services like this from the 4 accounts I have with you. I dont want premium numbers, or the ability for an SMS to charge my account. Can you disable these services?

STOP, or Stop Getfitcoach’ to 66299 or GetfitcoachSTOP to 66299. Does not mention STOP ALL. But trust you more than them, so will try that! Thanks

@ThreeUKSupport Hey Scott, I need to move a number in my account, to my sons new account in his name, and close my account. Initial advice I got said could be done within 24hours and old account closed. online chat said had to wait till end of billing period. Not happy with second response.
@Vitality_UK memberzone broken, 95% of our points have gone, and cant generate cinema codes! 2nd week on the trot we are unable to generate codes, even though have earned them!
