Indian Semi-Finalist Suchika refuses to accept loss in MMA at Asian Games 2026 against Singaporean Player

Suchika lost a dramatic semifinal to Singapore’s Tiffany Teo after regulation time ended in a draw.

The 1-minute overtime was initially awarded 2–1 to Teo. India protested, and arbitration later ruled the bout a tie.

Under tournament rules, a tied bout goes to the lighter athlete. Suchika was about 700g heavier, so Singapore advanced to the final.

Sources tell @shawansen that CCTV footage has emerged as a crucial piece of evidence in the Crime Branch probe into the death of IIT Bombay student Sahil Wakode.
Between 12:30 PM and 12:45 PM, with around 15 minutes left for the exam, Sahil was seen bending down and looking at something kept in his pocket.
A professor then questioned Sahil and took him aside, away from the other students.
After leaving the examination hall, Sahil was seen walking across the campus before entering his hostel room at around 1:25 PM.
Sources say he did not leave the room thereafter.
