25 years ago, a series of horrific terrorist attacks shook Israel and the Jewish world.
Palestinian terrorists murdered ten-month-old Shalhevet Pass as she sat in her stroller. Koby Mandell and Yosef Ishran, two young teenagers, were brutally murdered while hiking in the hills of Tekoa. Another Palestinian terrorist entered the Sbarro pizzeria in the heart of Jerusalem carrying a guitar case filled with explosives and detonated it, murdering 16 people and injuring more than 100 others.
In the wake of these and other catastrophic acts of terrorism, StandWithUs emerged. To express our outrage, to provide context through education, and to stand with the people of Israel during a period of unfathomable violence and grief.

From some of Israel’s darkest hours arose an organization determined to help our people. An organization that would be strategic, courageous, and impactful.

We understood that outrage alone was not enough. Israel needed people who could tell our story clearly and confidently, confront misinformation with facts, and help others understand the history and humanity behind the headlines.

What began with a few determined volunteers, grew into an international educational movement. Twenty-five years later, we continue to develop informed and courageous leaders, empower students facing hostility, and build an ever-expanding global network of people willing to stand up for Israel and the Jewish people.

StandWithUs continues to meet each new challenge with the same sense of urgency, purpose, and responsibility that inspired its founding.

Since the October 2025 ceasefire, Israel has facilitated an unprecedented flow of humanitarian aid into Gaza - and the numbers tell a story the world has largely ignored. More than 2 million tons of food have entered the Strip, with food prices dropping 72% since the ceasefire began.

Approximately 600 trucks enter Gaza every day, with 41 international bakeries now producing over 3 million pita breads daily. More than 70,000 cubic meters of water are supplied every day - over 60 liters per person - through four operational water pipelines, three of which carry water directly from Israel. The number of hospital beds has increased by more than 50%, with over 21,000 tons of medical equipment delivered since the ceasefire.

According to the IDF, the volume of aid entering Gaza significantly exceeds the humanitarian needs as defined by UN agencies and international organizations. Yet terror group Hamas remains the primary obstacle to further improvement - interfering with humanitarian operations, exploiting civilian infrastructure, and attempting to smuggle prohibited items under the cover of aid deliveries. The famine narrative was always a lie.

These are Omer (2 years old) and his twin sisters,

On October 7, Hamas burned them alive.

Their parents, Johnny and Tamar, were also killed.

"They are here; they are burning us" this was the last message Johnny sent to his sister, Rane.

Their grandmother, Carol Simon-Tov, was also murdered in their home that day.

Emotional moments from the wedding of Hamas captivity survivor Eliya Cohen and his partner, Ziv Abud.

Eliya and Ziv attended the Nova Music Festival together on October 7, 2023. When Hamas terrorists launched the massacre in southern Israel, they sought refuge with others in a roadside shelter. Hamas terrorists attacked the shelter, murdering many of those inside. Eliya was kidnapped and taken hostage to Gaza, while Ziv survived.

For 505 days, Ziv never stopped fighting for Eliya’s return. In captivity, Eliya did not know whether she had survived. He was finally released from captivity in Gaza on February 22, 2025.

Yesterday, Eliya and Ziv began a new chapter together. Their love and strength stand as a powerful symbol of resilience and hope.
