@nickstamas I'm sympathetic — I had a similar reaction. But you can't ignore the 1:1 ratio of design/dev users. It will only contribute to better software in the long run. Also "one-man design agency".

@darrenhood One of my pet peeves — especially "end users". I refer to groups by what they actually are. Users become "member banks", "customer service representatives", "sales reps", etc. Not easy to identify in every case but almost anything is better than users.
