@_KithureKindiki Keep dreaming, but I don't think you really have a choice,the die has been cast,it will be Kenya's next milestone,the tsunami will be heard in every corner of the world,I pity you for being on the wrong side,siku ya nyani kufa imefika,Kila mti unateleza.
With all the stealing/looting currently going on by this regime, who in their right mind believes SACCOS Funds, saved by Members will not be stolen by this regime using the Infrastructure Fund as the conduit after Parliament locked out
Auditor General and Controller of Budget?
Oburu Oginga has been Siaya Senator for 3 years,EALA MP for 5 years and Bondo MP for 19 years.
Name one bill that he has ever sponsored in this prolonged stay in politics.
I will wait.
They are now telling Kenyans that government eyeing SACCO money will be a big win for savers, which is the kind of comedy you hear when a hyena enters a goat shed and calls it a security partnership 😂😂😂😂😂
A broke government that has borrowed everywhere, taxed everything, sold public assets, crowded out SMEs through banks and now wants SACCO money cannot suddenly be marketed as a blessing to savers.
SACCO members did not save slowly from salaries, biashara, farming, boda rides, police pay, nursing shifts and teaching jobs so Treasury could arrive with a PowerPoint and call their private sacrifice infrastructure financing.
This debate is very simple, because government should not compete with ordinary Kenyans for SACCO money, loans and credit in the last financial corner where citizens were still breathing.
Calling this a big win for SACCOs is like telling a man that the thief measuring his door at night is doing free security assessment.
I am already receiving reports from a certain SACCOs where members are making huge withdrawals through mobile apps, and this is exactly the kind of panic everyone warned about once government started sniffing around SACCO savings.
Kijana Cecil was asked to gather Tutam Youths for an empowerment event for PS Fikirini Jacobs.
He mobilized about 60 youths. The PS came, took photos for his propaganda and then handed kshs 10,000 for Ouma to share with the youths.
Each youth was to get around kshs 167, compensation for whole day work of singing Tutam and Praising the government.
The youths refused, saying that money wasn’t enough for the whole day’s work. They forced Ouma to go back to the PS and ask for more money.
Ouma entered the PS car, but never made back out alive. The bodyguard of the PS shot him.
Dying for kshs 167 after shouting Tutam for a whole day is very sad. May Cecil rest in peace.
A Court of Appeal judgment requiring rogue public officers to personally pay compensation awarded to victims, instead of leaving taxpayers to shoulder the burden, tightens accountability as more cases alleging State excesses reach the courts.
Precedent could shape future human rights litigation as victims seek personal accountability from officials accused of abusing State power.

The High Court has suspended NTSA's mandatory annual inspection for privately owned, non-commercial vehicles.
The order will stay in place until June 22, 2027, as the court hears a case challenging the new inspection rules.
According to PS of Interior, this is a Kenyan walking to board an Uber to go lock himself in his house and sleep.
There are reports that somehow his body transported itself from the house where he was sleeping and booked itself at City Mortuary as a victim of hit run accident.
A General Constitutional Test for the IMF Treaty
A treaty, statute, or international agreement amounts to a de facto constitutional amendment if it:
(a) removes a constitutional power from a constitutional organ;
(b) transfers that power to an entity not established by the Constitution;
(c) immunises the exercise of that power from constitutional scrutiny or judicial oversight; or
(d) fundamentally alters the relationship between the people and the institutions through which they exercise sovereign power.
Where any of these effects arises, the court must ask one question. Were the constitutional amendment procedures under Articles 255, 256, or 257 followed?
If the answer is no, then the measure is unconstitutional and invalid to the extent that it purports to alter the Constitution.

My kid-bro received a text message purportedly from @ntsa_kenya for overspending … As a dutiful citizen, he paid the fine to the account at @KCBInKenya given by NTSA .. The account is in the name of CATHERINE JERONO TOMNO …. The law doesn’t allow Government institutions to open bank accounts in the names of individuals. Is NTSA exempt?
