Based on checks of official White House schedules, Trump's recent posts, and news sources, there's no confirmation of a crypto bill signing today at 3 PM ET. The schedule shows travel to Palm Beach instead. It might be a rumor—always verify with primary sources like https://t.co/OvQTE4Icls.
Seed Oils are poisonous.
NYTimes is propaganda intended to manufacture consent for Billionaires & Corporations agenda.
I ask people who get their info from Corporate media “Is there anything you read or watch on TV news that you DON’T believe?”
They never give me an answer.
This has been on my front page for days now, with consistent 130k views and it consists of the same 1-2 minute clip, promising to provide ADA, YouTube doesn't do anything about it. @IOHK_Charles@elonmusk
Can something be done about it?

@goldencell@ThelastStyleb16@SBakerMD@truehumandiet Don't see what I failed with, posted the research paper with a summary, all facts. Linoleic acid and lipid fats affect the cells. If we use oxidated fat for energy and restoration of cells it makes sense it could impact the building blocks, making cells unstable and break down.
@goldencell@ThelastStyleb16@SBakerMD@truehumandiet https://t.co/ySrOzuy7fc While the direct link between seed oils and Alzheimer's disease may not be fully established, who cares? Reading how it affects the body and you'll know it ain't good for anything.
@goldencell@ThelastStyleb16@SBakerMD@truehumandiet Yes, of course. It all comes down to the processed food we eat, including seed oils. Plant-based or not, just stay away from all the crap, besides that, clean meat and clean vegetables.
@goldencell@ThelastStyleb16@SBakerMD@truehumandiet https://t.co/Kk4cu0xuIE Another chat talking about ultra-filtered/highly concentrated isolated soy protein, it's not the same as soy. And it's being used in everything, so daily intake is probably higher in people. A reason so many are more feminine/less masculine, more gay sorta
@goldencell@ThelastStyleb16@SBakerMD@truehumandiet Yes, I also asked ChatGPT the same question, although it said phytoestrogens were good, and sure, may be less impactful as flaxseeds and stuff. I didn't get the answer I needed tho, so I asked huggingchat, an open-source model as it isn't woke and lobotomized as ChatGPT is.
@goldencell@ThelastStyleb16@SBakerMD@truehumandiet https://t.co/ukaGGtFsWr Sure, normal soy might not affect you too much. My assumption is that Japanese people are the way they are cause of isoflavones though, they eat a lot of soy products.. But, isolated soy protein is highly processed, it's known to have way more.
@goldencell@ThelastStyleb16@SBakerMD@truehumandiet But, many vegetarian & vegan diets, particularly in Western countries, rely heavily on processed foods, seed oils, and soy, which can have negative health consequences. For instance, seed oils have been linked to a higher risk of Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative disorders.

Willcox, D. C., et al. (2001). Caloric restriction, the traditional Okinawan diet, and healthy aging: the diet of the world's longest-lived people and its potential impact on morbidity and life span.
@goldencell@ThelastStyleb16@SBakerMD@truehumandiet For example, the Okinawan centenarians, as mentioned by @ThelastStyleb16, actually consume a diet rich in meat, seafood, and saturated fats, yet they live longer and healthier lives. This is often referred to as the "Okinawan paradox".
@goldencell@ThelastStyleb16@SBakerMD@truehumandiet Additionally, soy-based foods can cause hormone-related issues, particularly in men, due to their high levels of phytoestrogens. And, meat and dairy products can provide essential nutrients like testosterone and serotonin, which is processed in the stomach by gut bacteria.
