@uspshelp our business has multiple packages that have not been even scanned that were dropped off at the Shaker Heights post office on Dec 6. How can I investigate the fate of those packages?!
@UPSHelp Oh no @UPS and @UPSHelp, I started this process a month ago with DMs that went nowhere, phone calls with overseas call centers, and finally with my business rep who told me that nothing could be done.
(2) @UPS obviously does not care if, through their negligence and mishandling of the shipment we paid for, because when they found it two weeks later, instead of returning it to us, they simply delivered to the customer. And informed us two weeks after that.
(5) p.s. @USPS has been a rock during COVID. We have sent hundreds of packages in the mail and they have all arrived. We sent 4 via @UPS and they mangled one of them. The hours you spent with me on the phone could have been alleviated by a $75 refund. Shame.
(4) countless hours on the phone with overseas agents who couldn't affect any change even if they wanted to. @UPS - own up to your mistake, refund our product and shipment. @FedEx, hit us up, we are ready to work with a company that cares for their customers.
(3) @UPS then rejects our refund because they are not guaranteeing on-time delivery in the case "a shipment does not make it on the first truck." Really, the next truck didn't leave until two weeks later? Meanwhile, our small biz is out double the product, two shipments, and
@UPS lost a package of ours. After one week of looking for it, it was determined to be lost and we sent a replacement to our customer, because we want (and need) every customer to be satisfied and happy with our service and our product.
@AllegionUS our Falcon door closer has broken just over a year after installation (in new construction)! Pls help us find the model number and how to apply the ten yr warranty..
