A black bear chases a raccoon before sunrise June 1 in Colorado Springs. Black bears are omnivores - they love forbes, berries, and nuts. But, they'll also take an easy meal like a small animal. Stay with your pets when they are outside.

Found some wood duck eggs in a hazardous tree we were removing. Wood ducks are protected under the migratory bird treaty act which dates back to 1918. Fortunately, our customer is super cool and had no problems with leaving this nest intact and finishing the removal in the fall.
