Consumers are starting to loosen their belts when it comes to household budgets, with recovery in spending on eating out, clothing and accessories.

The RSM Hotels Tracker shows occupancy jumped to 71.4% in the UK. Average daily rates (ADR) and RevPAR of UK hotels also increased in February.
