@ThePrimal_Pod 12 minutes at interval mode on exercise bike. 3 sprinting peaks. Heart rate gets up to 135-140. Then I move to weights. 1 yr on carnivore; 64yo. Feel great. I follow Sean OMara
@SassyWesterner Do 10 min of HIIT (exercise bike on interval mode at a level that makes you stand up and ride each peak). Then follow that up with 20 minutes of weightlifting.

@Mangan150@DJextracrispy That’s exactly what I do. 15-20 seconds as fast as I can go then recover for 30 seconds or so then repeat . After 4 minutes my heart rate is over 135 then I do my weight lifting. When my heart rate gets a little low I repeat the sprinting and do more lifting.
