@JustEatUK another terrible experience from just eat. Apparently it’s ok for the just eat app to say the order is delivered when it hasn’t actually left the restaurant and I have to collect it? How can this be ‘policy’?

@JustEatUK my order was not delivered last night. I had to call the restaurant who said the courier had taken it. No delivery! My order was stolen! Just eat will not refund me saying the order had been delivered????? No evidence of delivery on my Ring doorbell! Rubbish!
