@SievaKozinsky At say 85% LTC max loan would be $34M. Most banks will require 30% of purchase price though. They could fill that gap with a private lender perhaps
@SievaKozinsky This issue with this statement is no lender is giving 100+% LTC loans. Triangle offense of LTV, LTC, and Profitability. Can’t break one of them. The loan would ultimately fall to whatever LTC limit exists
