🚨BREAKING: Air Force Maj. Jason Watson is facing the fallout he brought on himself.

The officer who posed on the Capitol steps in full uniform holding an "IMPEACH CONVICT REMOVE" sign, then went on CNN to continue his attacks on the President, has now been formally charged under the UCMJ.

He is facing 10 charges:

- 3 counts of Article 88 - contempt toward the President
- 5 counts of Article 92 - failure to obey orders
- 2 counts of Article 133 - conduct unbecoming an officer

He chose to use his uniform as a prop for partisan activism. The military just made it clear the uniform is not a costume for politics.

Tony Burris was a Choctaw kid from Blanchard, Oklahoma. By October 1951 he was a sergeant first class with Company L, 38th Infantry, 2nd Infantry Division, and his company was going up Heartbreak Ridge.

On October 8, they ran into Chinese and North Korean troops dug in deep. The attack stalled.

Burris went forward alone.

With his rifle and grenades, he charged the enemy positions by himself and killed an estimated 15 of them. He was wounded doing it. He refused to be evacuated.

The next morning, October 9, his company hit the next ridge. Burris led the charge and was hit again.

Then he did something almost impossible to believe. He stood up in the open on purpose so the enemy would fire at him, which let a recoilless rifle team spot their positions and blast them.

Wounded twice, he kept going, closed in on a machine gun nest, and took it out with grenades.

He was hit again and mortally wounded.

Tony Burris was 22. He received the Medal of Honor posthumously, one of several Native Americans honored for valor in Korea.
