@EmiratesSupport @emirates Dear @Emirates, 6 months ago I reported a metal ball bearing attached to the cutlery served with my meal on my Dubai–Nairobi flight. A serious safety hazard. After countless emails, I’ve had no apology or real resolution. This is about passenger safety!
