@BofA_Help after over 20 years as a customer they changed the rules on my savings account and started charging me $8 a months 18 months later they only offer 3 months return. Ridiculous to lose a valued customer over.

@BankofAmerica after being an account holder for 20 years they changed the rules on savings account and charged me 18 months of maintenance fees $8 per month without notification of the change. Then offered only to return 3 months of the charges.
