Η νέα τραπεζική ληστεία!

Οι Έλληνες φοβόντουσαν τη δήμευση των τραπεζικών καταθέσεων τους με τα μνημόνια - κάτι που τελικά δεν έγινε. Συνέβη όμως μετά το 2019, με τη βοήθεια του πληθωρισμού - όπου, με μέσο ύψος καταθέσεων έκτοτε στα 183 δις €, κυρίως των νοικοκυριών (περί το 75%), με σχεδόν μηδενικά επιτόκια καταθέσεων και με σωρευτικό πληθωρισμό στο 20%, «δημεύθηκαν» στην ουσία από τις τράπεζες περί τα 36,6 δις € σε όρους αγοραστικής αξίας. 36,6 δις €!

Με το σημερινό πληθωρισμό τώρα στο 5,2% που μάλλον θα διατηρηθεί για ολόκληρο το 2026 και με τις καταθέσεις στα 209,58 δις € στα τέλη Απριλίου, θα δημευθούν από τις τράπεζες επιπλέον πάνω από 10 δις € - από καταθέσεις που δεν προήλθαν από αποταμιεύσεις, αφού οι αποταμιεύσεις (=ότι περισσεύει από το διαθέσιμο εισόδημα, μετά την αφαίρεση των δαπανών διαβίωσης), είναι σταθερά αρνητικές.

Προήλθαν, όσον αφορά τουλάχιστον τα νοικοκυριά, από τις πωλήσεις παγίων περιουσιακών στο��χείων, όπως κατοικιών - σημειώνοντας ότι, από το 2019 έως το 2025, η ιδιοκατοίκηση μειώθηκε κατά 6 μονάδες, γεγονός που σημαίνει ότι, «χάθηκαν» περί τις 260.000 κατοικίες έκτοτε. Αλήθεια, η κυβέρνηση και η Τράπεζα της Ελλάδας δεν βλέπουν αυτήν την τραπεζική ληστεία;

Επιπλέον στην κρατική ληστεία, μέσω της υπερφορολόγησης και του πληθωριστικού φόρου που έχουν ισοπεδώσει τη μεσαία τάξη, εξαθλιώνοντας εντελώς τη χαμηλότερη; Ο πρωθυπουργός δεν ήταν αυτός που κατηγορούσε την προηγούμενη κυβέρνηση για θανατηφόρα υπερπλεονάσματα, πριν το 2019;

Για ταξική πολιτική ει�� βάρος της μεσαίας τάξης; Το ξέχασε; Θέλει απλά να εξυπηρετεί με τα χρήματα της ληστείας των Ελλήνων τους δανειστές, πληρώνοντας πρόωρα δάνεια; Δεν είναι ο ορισμός της πολιτικής απάτης;

The scenes in Belfast last night were disgraceful. Families were targeted because of their skin colour or country of origin, leaving people frightened, homeless and fearing for their safety.

The actions of one individual must never be used to stigmatise an entire community, nationality or faith.

Responsibility lies not only with those who carried out these attacks, but also with those who have fuelled division, exploited public anger and created a climate where racism can thrive.

The police must protect those at risk and hold those responsible to account. Politicians must show the leadership this moment deserves, by challenging racism and rejecting attempts to scapegoat entire communities.
