Work Hard, Play Hard...LA Lakers fan for life! 💜💛

[LakeShowYo @LakeShowYo]

It’s your turn @KrisDunn3

[Los Angeles Lakers @Lakers]

Built different.

[Eddie A Johnson @Jumpshot8]

Did Draymond take this kid in a room and pulled a Phil Jackson with some incense and hallucinatory babble. Rookie breaking down Luka like he been around for years ! Be quiet and be a rookie and learn. This rant after one game is unreal!

[Lakers Legacy @LakersLegacyPod]

Really happy for AD.

He looks SPRY. He’s got a PEP in his step. And he looks HEALTHY.

Please stay that way.

In another timeline, a younger, healthy AD is ballin’ it up with Luka & Kessler and runnin’ the league. 😮‍💨

[Luka Updates @LukaUpdates]

Luka Dončić when asked about letter to LA fans in newspaper

“I’ve always had something in me that you know, I need to have that connection with the fans.”

He later said he was a little nervous, but wanted to show his support.

Just so we are clear about Yaxel vs. Luka, because some Warriors fans are spreading misinformation.

Luka was game high +30 and he only played 3 quarters. The Lakers were feasting when Yaxel was in the game.

[Basketball Forever @bballforever_]

It was a rough start for some of these rookies in what was touted as one of the GREATEST draft classes in recent memory ☠️

🔻A.J Dybantsa: INJURED
🔻Cam Boozer: 2-15 FG
🔻Caleb Wilson: Worst +/- EVER in an NBA Debut (-45)
🔻Darius Acuff Jr.: Most Misses in an NBA Debut (19)
🔻Yaxel Lendeborg: RAGE BAITED by Luka Doncic

[NBA @NBA]

Luka hitting from half court pregame ➡️ Luka hitting from half court midgame

@Lakers win their home opener behind a game-high 28 points from @lukadoncic!

[KENNY BEECHAM @KOT4Q]

Does he not know that talking to Luka Doncic is the worst thing you can do?

[LeBron__legacy 👑 🐐 @LeBron__legacy]

This the first time I’ve seen Shai face Luka type defensive coverages and look at the statline he drops

Luka is a far better player than Shai man it’s not even close.

[Ry @JustRyCole]

Last time he was on that he got ejected

[LakeShowYo @LakeShowYo]

This NBA season is gonna be EPIC lmao

[Ruka @ruka_mikami]

Listen to PG school these podcaster about what a cold killer Luka is but he also clarifies he talks back ONLY if YOU talk to him. So Yaxel asked for it. Then couldn’t handle it is all.

“Is he like that though?”
PG: “WHAT?! Yes”

“IF you talk to him, he gon talk that sht too.”

[Ry @JustRyCole]

Nothing about this defensive tape is impressive 😂😂😂😂😂

This is just Luka shot variance 😂

[Luka Updates @LukaUpdates]

Lakers went on a 39-13 run after this.

[Oh No He Didn't 🤯 @ohnohedidnt24]

🤣🤣🤣

[FOX Sports Radio @FoxSportsRadio]

“So you're gonna throw your team conveniently under the bus for those 28 points?”

@LaVarArrington sounds off on Yaxel Lendeborg's comments about Luka Doncic.

[First Things First @FTFonFS1]

“During the game it’s all fair. You don’t have to pay respect to your opponent if he’s talking trash during the game. I have no problem with that. Yaxel Lendeborg does not have the right to lose respect for Luka Doncic at the podium after the game.”

@getnickwright explains:

[Neil Bullock @lakeshowmnl]

Of course — respect is earned, not given 💯

Luka earned that respect when he was at your age @Yaxel_Lendeborg 😤
