@WhirlpoolCorp@whirlpool_india I purchased a fully automatic washing machine this year & in less than 9 months the machine stopped working. I raised a complaint with your cc on 19 sept. The agent visited on 23 sept and told us that some part related to the motor isn't working

Whirlpool cc is saying dt v hv escalated it to regional manager bt dr is no ETA for resolution. Why should a customer suffer cz of this?
@whirlpool_india What promptly? It took you 10 days just to escalate it. Even when I had highlighted that I have already waited for 40 days. And even after escalation no one has reached out to me. Even the service centre isn't responding. Is this ur customer experience? @WhirlpoolCorp@GoI_MeitY
@whirlpool_india@jagograhakjago I have waited for 40 days now. Nobody has reached out to me. Neither from the social media team nor from CC team and not even from the Service centre. This is literal harassment of the customers by @whirlpool_india@WhirlpoolCorp

@whirlpool_india It's already 2 days. How long does it take to folow up? You just have to call the service centre ask the name of the person with whom the request of part is pending get an update from him and inform me. It shouldn't take more than 15-20 mins, max 1 day if you are very busy.

@CheQ_One I was referred to your platform by a friend. I did my first credit card bill payment on 30th August and my refund got referral reward but I was suppose to get a 500 Rs. Myntra voucher which I haven't received till date @Consumer
I contacted ur CS team on 31 Aug they said dt you hv fulfilled all the TnCs wait for 10 days U will get the voucher. It's been 25 days now and I still haven't received the voucher. I have contacted the CS team multiple times everytime I am told dt we are looking into it pls wait.
