@VoxTalk2Us How do I continue with cancellation? Frogfoot confirms that they cannot assist in any way as it must come from Vox and Vox is not doing anything. Vox set the date of 7 workings days when froogfoot will provision and I am sitting on day 8 with my work being affected by the day

@VoxTalk2Us Hi Jenna, if you mean Saleem and Letlotlo as the project team, then I am never going to get a response. Saleem has out of office on and the phone goes to voicemail and Letlotlo does not answer the phone. This still does not get me closer to when provisioning will take place
