We may have to consider using data from @Kenyabureauofstatistics to identify households with no representation& prioritise them. Why would a household have a 9/10 job placements when others are at 0 or 1/10?Household income disparities will create a structural problem soon.

@PSCKenya , I'm a concerned Kenyan about fairness in civil service recruitment. What happens to qualified persons with no one to 'hold' their hands. The current pattern observed is that jobless graduates from the 90s have 1st class jobless graduate children.
