BIG SCAM. Do not use GO TICKETS - Live Events Tickets. My wife purchased a ticket and never received it digitally. After complaining on their chat line, they “fixed it” by accessing MY ticket info (which was purchased directly from the actual company ) and sending the QRto her!

@Delta Flight 2388 last Sunday. No luggage for an entire hour at SEA-TAC. My Sky Priority Service was not met. No apologies for those of us for 7 bags. One family with two little children.

@Delta Sky Priority Service? Not met! I realize that flight 2388 was delayed. No issue with that. Landed SEA @ 10:26pm. No luggage on belt. Total of 7 bags not located, finally found on the plane. Received my bag at 11:21pm! My ride had to wait over an hour. Not acceptable!
