Kayn's parents originally lived on a colonized planet before immigrating to the Demaxian Empire on Runeterra, because of this, Kayn is legally considered an alien.

The funny thing is, in my league Modern AU, all the Darkin characters are children. So whenever Riot adds a new Darkin my mind goes "soon there will be enough to fill a classroom."
