My fear of flying is tangled in childhood trauma so it’s not as easy as just battling a fear.
Update from plane tweet:
✈️ it was very hard but I did it

(I’m facing my face of flying on Sat)
Things I’m excited for on my flight:
✈️ Taking a selfie for my therapist
✈️Opening the treat me and my sister got for ourselves
✈️ Being on my way to Disney!
✈️Seeing the views from the sky
✈️ Feeling okay and knowing I can do it again
