@BTCare not easy when your broadband has been messed up. BT needs to look at the sub-contractors it works with.

@BTCare sadly no. To have an engineer just walk off site and leave me waiting 4 hours and he didn't return, very poor.

@bt_uk possibly the worst service ever. engineer messes up my line & broadband, lies he is going offsite to fix ,never returns #badservice
