We just used #anyvan for our move & it was a total scam. The guys stopped half way through & insisted we pay additional money for boxes which weren't on 'the itinerary', even though the van was half empty. And they broke my antique table. Never again 😡 @BBCWatchdog @AnyVan

@AnyVan @BBCWatchdog The issue is with #anyvan's whole business model. Charging per item is a ridiculous way to move house. I kept getting calls from Anyvan demanding more money. You incentivise your drivers to charge for extra items & boxes. It's disgraceful.
