.@POTUS President Trump has repeatedly demonstrated that he prefers a deal to a dispute. The EU has enjoyed months of lower U.S. tariffs while delivering zero tariff reductions in return. That's not reciprocity. That's not how allies treat each other. We have a deal. The EU still has time to choose cooperation over confrontation. Our sincere hope is that it will.
