“In some Australian suburbs, NDIS providers now “outnumber cafes” as the government grapples to get a handle on billions of dollars in fraud flowing from taxpayers.

There are nearly 48,000 active NDIS providers listed on the official website.

Some suburbs have drawn attention from social media users in recent days. Lakemba, in western Sydney, for example, lists more than 1300 NDIS providers within a five-kilometre radius — or one for every 13 residents.

Casula, in southwest Sydney, shows more than 1600 providers.
While many of the providers are clearly legitimate, there are also providers that have listed bogus details on the NDIS website — including one that gave its email address as “[email protected]” and its phone number as “0400 000 000”.”

This is excellent analysis, so kudos to whoever researched this.

This sort of reasearch is very strong evidence that the NDIS scheme is being rorted.

The scheme has quickly become a massive black hole in terms of government expenditure.

Whilst it’s hard to take a broad brushed stoke to such a scheme as every assessment is unique, People First will lobby to weed out fraudulent providers and medical professionals, remove private equity and foreign owned providers and lower profit margins on services provided to no more than a reasonable margin of around 5%.

I again call the eSafety Commissioner to resign.

She has been caught redhanded and named in a US House Judiciary Committee Report as conspiring to use the Australian Office of eSafety to engage in foreign election interference and violate US laws.

Her position is now completely untenable.

But where is Opposition ?

Where is the Opposition Leader Sussan Ley and the new Shadow Minister for Communications Melissa Macintosh ?

Why aren’t they out there demanding that Albanese sack eSafety Karen ?

Sadly, they are as weak as water, and we live in a one-party state with Labor and Labor-Lite.

And that‘s right, it was the Liberals that employed and empowered eSafety Karen.

And while I was previously calling for eSafety Karen to be sacked, Peter Dutton as Opposition Leader was praising her in Parliament - so to my former Liberal colleagues, this is just another case of "Craig Kelly was right".

Taxing unrealised gains by @AustralianLabor is illogical and unfair. The Labor legislation has been block twice in the @AuSenate. We had written a 26 page discussion paper.
