@HalifaxBank Margaret Mary, unfortunately I’m working and don’t have 30 minutes to wait on a call to tell the Fraud team that I just want my card activated! Are you unable to speak with the team? Are they locked away?
@HalifaxBank Fraud Team. Utterly pathetic system! In the USA, card has been frozen (which is good!) but the only way to get in touch is by me calling them through a landline! Zero way of doing anything without my card!

@cathaypacific . Tried to change iur flight yesterday, only to be told we’d be charged heavily. NOW all charges are waived?! Perhaps you can move my flight then?!
